What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations to assess patient needs
• Recommend and dispense hearing instruments, accessories, and rehabilitative services
• Educate patients and families on hearing health and treatment options
• Deliver Beltone’s exclusive Belcare® Promise, ensuring a best-in-class patient experience
• Build long-term patient relationships through follow-up care and trust
• Participate in community outreach and local engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with teammates to support clinic and patient success

What We’re Looking For

• Active Nevada Hearing Instrument Specialist license OR Au.D. eligible to dispense in NV
• 1+ year of experience fitting and dispensing hearing instruments (preferred)
• Strong communication, empathy, and consultative approach to patient care
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals while maintaining clinical integrity
• Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and continuous improvement
