This well-established ENT practice in the Neptune, NJ area is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who values a patient-first approach, collaborative care, and a supportive clinical environment.

This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic setting alongside experienced ENT physicians and audiology professionals, providing comprehensive hearing care to both pediatric and adult patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform audiological evaluations for pediatric (6 months+) and adult patients (Audiologists)
  • Conduct hearing screenings and support diagnostic testing as appropriate (Hearing Aid Specialists)
  • Provide hearing aid evaluations, fittings, programming, and follow-up care
  • Educate patients on hearing health and device usage
  • Collaborate closely with ENT physicians to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate documentation, billing, and coding practices
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical discussions
  • Support additional clinical or administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

For Audiologists:

  • Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited program
  • Active New Jersey Audiology license (or eligibility to obtain)

For Hearing Aid Specialists:

  • Active New Jersey Hearing Aid Dispensing License
