Join Our Thriving Practice in Rocky Mount, NC! | Clinical Audiologist
Are you an Audiologist who believes that exceptional hearing care is about deep human connection, not just dispensing technology?
At Carolina Audiology Associates, we know that great technology is only part of the puzzle. We are a passionate, close-knit team dedicated to patient-centered, comprehensive care—covering everything from advanced diagnostics and personalized fittings to comprehensive tinnitus management.
We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated professional to join our clinical family in Rocky Mount. If you want a role where your expertise is truly valued, your professional growth is fast-tracked, and you can make a profound daily impact on our community, we want to meet you.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us (What We Offer):
- A "Patient-First" Culture: Work in a supportive, lively environment where you are given the time and resources to provide individual attention and tailored care.
- State-of-the-Art Technology: Access the latest in diagnostic and treatment equipment, supporting your ability to practice at the absolute highest level of your license.
- Professional Autonomy & Growth: We don't just offer CEU allowances; we offer proven business systems and unique leadership opportunities (like clinical "captainships" where you can champion specific operational or clinical programs you're passionate about).
- A Connected Team: We work hard, but we celebrate together too, with regular team-building, holiday parties, and staff events.
Your Impact Day-to-Day:
In this role, you will provide holistic, full-scope audiological care. Your daily routine will focus on:
- Comprehensive Diagnostics: Conducting hearing assessments using advanced audiology equipment to guide customized treatment plans.
- Tailored Solutions: Dispensing, fitting, and adjusting hearing aids for optimal comfort and performance, alongside performing tinnitus evaluations and counseling.
- Patient & Family Counseling: Partnering with patients and their families to build robust communication strategies and lifelong hearing health habits.
- Collaborative Practice: Participating in team meetings to elevate patient care, and collaborating with our network of local healthcare professionals.
- Community Engagement: Representing the practice at local health fairs, senior events, and educational presentations to promote wellness in the Rocky Mount area.
Compensation & Benefits to Enjoy:
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000/year (commensurate with experience).
- Bonus Structure: Excellent opportunity for variable, performance-based compensation.
- Work-Life Balance: Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.
- Professional Investment: Full CEU allowance, NC licensure reimbursement, and specialized training opportunities.
- Fun Perks: Regular team outings, holiday parties, and community involvement days.
What We Are Looking For:
- Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) degree.
- Active or eligible for Audiology licensure in the state of North Carolina.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills with a natural ability to build trust quickly.
- A growth mindset—someone who is passionate about learning, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team culture.
