Job Description: Mobile Audiologist (Concierge Hearing Care) 

Position: Mobile Audiologist / Concierge Hearing Care Specialist

Location: Primary territory is the West Side of Portland (Downtown Portland to Hillsboro), with expansion into Forest Grove and occasional visits to our sister company, Vancouver Hearing Aid Center.

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible schedules; most employees work 4 days/week)

Compensation: Base salary plus commission (Expected full-time earnings of $90,000 to $120,000 annually)

Job Overview

We are seeking an outgoing, self-motivated Audiologist who shares our core values of quality service, high ethical standards, and communicating with honesty and kindness. In this role, you will bring personalized care directly to seniors and individuals with hearing loss, making a meaningful difference in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

• In-Home Concierge Visits: Conduct home visits (primarily within retirement communities) to provide comprehensive hearing evaluations through audiometric testing.
• Hearing Aid Services: Deliver, program, fit, adjust, and provide follow-up care for hearing aids using company-provided, state-of-the-art portable equipment.
• Community Hearing Clinics: Host monthly hearing clinics at retirement communities to service, program, and repair hearing aids.
• Community Education: Educate community residents, families, and nursing facility staff on hearing health and device care.
• Territory Coverage: Travel efficiently across the West Side of Portland metro area, with occasional travel to our Vancouver, WA facility.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a dispensing audiologist.
• Licensure: Valid license to dispense hearing aids in the State of Oregon. Must hold a Washington state license or be willing to obtain one.
• Travel: Willingness and ability to visit clients in their homes and meet customers face-to-face. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to help grow a local business and a deep passion for providing personalized service to seniors.
