You’ll join a thriving ENT practice with a strong Audiology department, built-in patient flow, experienced providers, and a collaborative environment where your expertise is valued.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations
• Fit, dispense, and manage hearing aids using best practices
• Guide patients through their hearing healthcare journey with empathy and expertise
• Deliver follow-up care that supports long-term patient success
• Work with patients across the lifespan
• Collaborate daily with ENT providers and your Audiology team
• Document care in ModMed EMR

What You Bring

• Au.D. or Master’s Degree in Audiology
• Virginia Audiology license (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient care
• Ability to thrive in a busy, collaborative environment
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
