After 45 years of serving the hearing impaired community on the beautiful U.S. Territory island of Guam, the second owner of this family business is retiring. This presents a unique opportunity for an audiologist to step in and continue providing excellent customer care to the island residents.
The practice has a verified data base of over 2000 active patients. Support staff includes one part time and two full time employees. Annual sales average 400K-500K and operating expenses are conservative. The clinic is located in a nicely designed space with high visibility. We have excellent referral sources and a respected reputation for being the island’s main full service hearing instrument care facility.
Our current services include comprehensive hearing testing, hearing aid evaluation, aural rehabilitation, hearing aid fitting, cerumen management, tinnitus management, occupational testing and monitoring.
We have primarily been dispensing Starkey products and have a long-standing relationship with SHT that includes continuing education support both on and off the island.
Guam is located in the Western Pacific with a very diverse population of about 170,000 over about 240 sq. miles. The climate is tropical all year round. As a US Territory, the spoken language is English and the currency is the U.S. Dollar. Guam boasts vibrant fringing reefs, lush jungles, waterfalls, white sand beaches, and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. This is a life that you never need to take a vacation from!
