Eighty NAFDA students recently participated in the AFA's new "Clued in to Audiology" otoscope program, and AFA Director/Treasurer Veronica Heide, Au.D., will present the otoscopes to the students during the annual NAFDA luncheon at AAA.
Students were required to read four articles and complete a quiz over the material. The articles focused on the history of audiology movement, as well as its transition to a doctoring profession.
Funding for the program was provided by Widex through a donation of over $11,000 in otoscopes.
