Reston, VA – Registration is open for the American Academy of Audiology’s annual convention, taking place in San Antonio, April 22-25, 2026. The theme for AAA 2026 is “Amplify Your Value,” designed to help audiologists across the profession elevate their skills.
AAA 2026 is taking place in the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, with programming highlights including:
- Opening General Session keynote by Dr. Hassan A. Tetteh - surgeon, scholar, innovator, TEDx speaker, and best-selling author of “The Art of Human Care”
- HearTECH Hubin the Expo Hall featuring leaders in global hearing aids and devices (Oticon, WSAudiology, Phonak, ReSound, Starkey, and Cochlear NorthAmerica)
- 16 separate session tracks across over 200 educational sessions, including returning favorites like the Audiology Assistant track and new session tracks like Amplify Your Value
- The opportunity to earn up to 3.1 CEU credits
- Connecting with 140 + exhibitors for hands-on interaction with products and services
- Networking opportunities, including Audiology’s Night Out at the Grotto on the Riverwalk
This year’s convention is taking place during San Antonio’s annual Fiesta celebration, showcasing the city's vibrant culture, art, music, and traditions. Attendees can check off San Antonio must-do items while registering by adding an Academy-organized trip to the Alamo, and should leave time in their convention schedule for returning favorites like the Trivia Bowl, Paws and Relax, and a visit to the headshot studio in the Expo Hall!
AAA 2026 is the country’s largest gathering of audiologists, with programming aimed at professionals throughout their career, from students and early career professionals to seasoned clinicians. Early registration is encouraged to take advantage of the limited space in special sessions, with discounted early bird registration rates available through March 11, 2026.
