AFA founder David Goldstein, Ph.D., pictured here with Arizona School of Health Sciences (ASHS) Audiology Chair Tabitha Parent Buck, Au.D., received an honorary degree during August graduation ceremonies at the campus in Mesa, AZ."It was a privilege to see Dr. David Goldstein receive an honorary degree, the Doctor of Humane Letters, from A.T. Still University," said Parent Buck. "He was selected for this honor as a visionary, an educator and a mentor whose dedication to the profession of audiology and efforts to effect necessary changes have significantly impacted the education and practice of audiology and created the reality of the Au.D. degree."
