Inventis Releases Maestro 1.26.0 with Full Support for Celesta and OtoAccess® Integration

Share:

Florida, USA (May 8, 2025) – Inventis is pleased to announce the official release of Maestro 1.26.0, a significant software update that brings two major innovations to audiology and balance professionals worldwide: full support for Celesta, the new system for evoked potentials, and seamless integration with OtoAccess® for HL7-based data management.

Celesta: The Future of Evoked Potentials Testing Has Arrived

Now fully supported in Maestro 1.26.0, Celesta is a cutting-edge, two-channel platform designed for both auditory and vestibular evoked potentials testing.

Its' modular and scalable design suits the needs of both small private practices and large hospital environments. With Celesta, clinicians can perform a wide range of tests including:

  • Auditory Evoked Potentials: ABR, eABR, ECochG, MLR, LLR
  • Vestibular Evoked Myogenic Potentials (VEMP): Cervical and Ocular VEMP

But what truly sets Celesta apart is its clinician-friendly engineering and workflow-driven design:

  1. Automatic Single-Channel Switch
No more swapping cables - Celesta’s internal switch streamlines test setup, saving time and reducing errors.

  2. One Cable for Power and Control
A single USB cable powers the system and ensures seamless control via Maestro software. Maximum simplicity, no hassle.

  3. Guided Electrode Connection
Integrated LED indicators guide the clinician during patient prep, ensuring correct and efficient electrode placement.

  4. Bioamplifier Controls
Clinicians can check impedance and start acquisition directly from the bioamplifier - hands-on efficiency at its best.

  5. Vertex Short-Circuiting
Switch from 5-electrode to 4-electrode configurations directly in software - no more Y-cables needed.

  6. Dedicated VEMP Tests
Separate modules for cervical and ocular VEMP ensure test clarity and precision, avoiding interpretation errors.

Looking ahead, Celesta is set to integrate the HEARLab ACA (Aided Cortical Assessment) module in a future release, adding advanced cortical testing capabilities to an already comprehensive platform.

OtoAccess® Integration: The Power of HL7 Meets Inventis
Maestro 1.26.0 now includes a fourth installation mode that enables full integration with OtoAccess® 2, allowing seamless HL7 communication with hospital EMR/EHR systems.

This feature significantly improves efficiency and data accuracy, particularly in large-scale clinical networks.

Key benefits include:

  • Direct access to Maestro from within OtoAccess®
  • Automated test results exported in PDF format
  • Elimination of manual data entry
  • Immediate availability of patient results in the hospital record system

Currently supported exam modules include: Audiometry, Tympanometry, Fitting, OTO images, and Balance.
Evoked Potentials integration is planned for the next Maestro release in Fall 2025.

This update marks an important milestone in Inventis’ mission to empower clinicians with smarter tools and a fully connected ecosystem.
Stay tuned for what’s next!
