The National Hearing Conservation Association (NHCA) Scholarship Foundation is pleased to announce the availability of two $1500 scholarships for the 2004-2005 academic year. Undergraduate and graduate students focusing on applied/practical studies in hearing loss prevention at regionally accredited U.S. institutions are eligible. The Scholarship awards are designed to assist with student research studies such as special projects, theses or dissertations relating to hearing loss prevention/hearing conservation.
Scholarship applications are due by July 1, 2004. Applicants must submit an application form and two recommendation forms. For more details on the application process and to download fillable forms, you may access the NHCA Website at https://www.hearingconservation.org/nhca/student.html
Please note that two additional student programs are also detailed on the NHCA website:
- 2004 student memberships are available at no charge for eligible students.
- Student travel awards are available for NHCA's annual conference (next conference: February 2005 in Tucson, AZ).
