No disruption to existing services for customers is expected. This decision is part of Oticon’s ongoing strategy to provide exceptional products and services to its customers, according to the company.
The Oticon brand will continue to be available to hearing care professionals impacted by this change, who can purchase directly from Oticon, Inc. or through its strategic partners, starting Monday, September 15, 2025. To ensure a seamless transition, customers are encouraged to reach out to their Oticon account managers for guidance on necessary actions prior to the transition date.
