The Audiology Awareness Campaign board of directors is pleased to announce that Richard Carmen Au.D. was recently elected to serve as the first board member at large on the Audiology Awareness Campaign board of Directors. Dr. Carmen is Founder and Publisher of Auricle Ink Publishers. He is also Founder and Director of Clinical Services at Northern Arizona Speech and Hearing Center. He is editor of the popular consumer book entitled The Consumer Handbook on Hearing Loss and Hearing Aids: A Bridge to Hearing. Dr. Carmen has written and edited many books and articles relating to hearing loss, hearing aids, tinnitus, aural rehabilitation, counseling and loud noise exposure. He is Board Advisor to Hearing Health Magazine, and Peer Review Board Member to The Hearing Review. We are certain Dr. Carmen will be asset to our board.
