Siemens Welcomes Back Robert Wolf to Management Team

Company Announces New Vice President of Business Development

PISCATAWAY, NJ -
Siemens Hearing Instruments, Inc., a leading manufacturer of advanced digital hearing instruments including intuitive, adaptive TRIANO™, announced that Robert P. Wolf has re-joined Siemens as its new Vice President, Business Development since January of 2003. As Vice President, Business Development, Mr. Wolf will be responsible for customer support, marketing and product management. He brings 15 years of direct experience in the hearing instrument industry and was a principal force in establishing Siemens success in the worldwide hearing aid market. Mr. Wolf served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Siemens Hearing Instruments from 1994 through 2000, as well as past President, Siemens Hearing Instruments Canada in the early 1990s.

For the past two and a half years, Mr. Wolf held the positions of Vice President, Marketing and e-Business, and Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Sonic Innovations. Prior to that, he was President and CEO of Audiology Online, Inc.

Mr. Wolf holds a Master of Clinical Science degree in Audiology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Immunology.
