Company Announces Three New Managers

PISCATAWAY, N.J., April 1, 2004 - Siemens Hearing Instruments, Inc. appoints three new managers to the company's team in New Jersey. With more than 30 years of combined industry experience, these three exceptional women have joined the Siemens team to help The Company continue to offer world-class service. Siemens new managers are:


Klein is responsible for all customer care activities including management of Customer Care and Audiology Support. Prior to joining Siemens, Klein was in direct sales and sales management with a major airline for the past 10 years. She managed more than 100 employees to ensure maximum employee performance and customer satisfaction. Klein is a graduate of New York University with a Master of Arts degree in Audiology.


No stranger to Siemens Hearing Instruments, Carolyn was recently promoted to North American Product Requirements Manager after spending more than five years as the National Customer Care Manager. Her responsibilities include developing, coordinating, and managing customer and market product requirements for hearing instruments and software. She is a graduate of Hunter College, City University of New York, with a Master of Science degree in Audiology. Smaka is currently pursuing an AuD at Arizona School of Health Sciences.

Siemens welcomes Janice to its team as the Professional Products Sales Manager. She is responsible for managing the sales activities of the Professional Products Department, which includes batteries and Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs). Prior to joining Siemens Hearing Instruments, Uszenski was an Inside Sales Manager in telecommunications for semiconductor technology with Multilink Technology Corporation. She also spent 10 years with Siemens Medical Systems as Sales Coordinator, Installation Administrator, and MRI Logistics Administrator.
