Iselin, NJ – October 31, 2025 – Signia today announced that its Insio IX ITC/ITE (In-the-Canal/In-the-Ear) custom-fit hearing aids and Motion Charge&Go IX family of rechargeable behind-the-ear (BTE) hearing aids are now available to audiologists within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) treating military veterans, the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) for active military members, and the Indian Health Service (IHS) for American Indians.
With the addition of Insio IX ITC/ITE and Motion Charge&Go IX, Government Services audiologists can now fit veterans, service members, and American Indians with Integrated Xperience (IX) hearing aids across all levels of hearing loss – from mild to profound. The portfolio also includes Pure Charge&Go BCT IX, Pure Charge&Go T IX, Styletto IX, and Insio IX IIC/CIC.
“At Signia, we are deeply committed to supporting VA, DoD, and IHS audiologists with technology that empowers their patients to participate fully in life,” said Sheena Burks, AuD, Chief Clinical Officer at WS Audiology. “The expanded IX portfolio now ensures that veterans – whether living with mild or profound hearing loss – have the confidence and technology to stay engaged in conversations anywhere.”
Powered by RealTime Conversation Enhancement – proven to offer more than twice the speech enhancement benefit in noisy group conversations compared to other leading hearing aids – the expanded IX portfolio empowers more veterans, service members, and American Indians to stay confident and connected, even in the most challenging group conversations.1
Advanced Form Factors, Built for Real Conversations
Insio IX ITC/ITE features dual microphones and proprietary split processing to continuously track and enhance multiple conversation partners in real time – ensuring wearers never miss a critical exchange, no matter how dynamic or noisy the setting.

With multiple customization options – including onboard controls, telecoil, CROS compatibility, and six discreet colors – Government Services audiologists can tailor fittings to each patient’s unique hearing profile and preferences. Wireless programming via Connexx Air adds further convenience and efficiency for VA, DoD, and IHS clinics.
The Motion Charge&Go IX family extends IX performance to rechargeable BTE models for all hearing loss levels, from mild to profound. This includes the Motion Charge&Go SP IX, which has the longest battery runtime of any rechargeable superpower hearing aid with up to 65 hours of battery life, including five hours of streaming. For veterans, this means reliable all-day performance and the confidence that their hearing aids will last through every moment.
The Motion Charge&Go IX family is available in 14 colors – including Pearl White, Sporty Red, and Galactic Blue – giving veterans the freedom to choose a style that best fits their lifestyle.

All Signia Integrated Xperience hearing aids are SCIF-compatible, providing Government Services audiologists peace of mind when fitting patients who work in high-security environments.
As an added enhancement, Signia’s TV Sound Streamer is also now available through VA, DoD, and IHS channels. The accessory connects directly to a television and streams Dolby-quality stereo sound to Signia hearing aids via Bluetooth Classic, giving veterans a seamless, reliable way to enjoy television.
“Veterans live active, connected lives, and advanced hearing solutions are essential to helping them fully engage in every moment,” Burks concluded. “With the addition of Insio IX ITC/ITE and Motion Charge&Go IX, the full breadth of Signia’s IX portfolio is now available through Government Services audiologists – delivering powerful, rechargeable, and discreet options that keep patients confident and connected, from conversations with loved ones to busy group settings.”
