"The University of Florida is pleased to recognize the Fall 2001 graduating class. Forty AuD degrees were conferred upon working
professional Doctor of Audiology candidates at commencement exercises on December 15, 2001.
"A reception was held at the elegant Ruth McQuown Room on the UF campus to honor the graduates and their families on Friday evening before commencement.
"During the reception Janet Trychin, AuD, was awarded the first Mark Phelan Memorial Scholarship.
"The University of Florida has awarded 366 AuD degrees through its Distance Learning AuD Program."
