OpenSound Navigator allows the user to identify all sounds, the level of the sound, and the position it's coming from. It's an algorithm that has a precise analysis of accurately identifying every sound that is coming to the user. We talk about this 360 degrees of sound perception. This is quite an important aspect of understanding OpenSound Navigator. Going into the technology itself, Oticon Medical really changed how bone-anchored hearing aid users experienced the complex hearing environment. So instead of the sound coming conventionally directionally towards us, we have this new way of hearing all around us at the same time
