I am looking into options for tinnitus management. What does audifon offer?

Thank you for your question. In the U.S. right now we carry the switch TRT (tinnitus retraining therapy) which is just a noiser and switch 8 TRT which is a combi unit. We also have jump, an analog noiser, but we are awaiting 510(k) approval from the FDA for a new digital device that will replace the analog jump noiser. So our entire tinnitus product line is not yet available within the U.S., but we hope to have them available by the 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2011.
