Karen is the National Education and Training Specialist at Oticon. She is a certified audiologist who obtained her master's degree from Southern Connecticut State University in 2005 and her AuD from AT Still University in 2014. She began her career in Illinois, working in a hospital setting and providing diagnostic services to both children and adults with hearing issues. In 2008, she switched to the manufacturing sector, where she gained more experience in helping grow and develop clinical and private practice settings. Since joining Oticon in July 2020, she has had roles that allow her to share her knowledge and expertise with other professionals in the field. Karen is passionate about helping people with hearing loss and has volunteered at a free hearing clinic and taught sign language to parents of newly diagnosed children. She has worked with a non-profit organization that supports families and individuals with hearing loss.
