Ginger is a Professional Education Manager at Cochlear. Sher earned her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Massachusetts, Master’s Degree at the University of Arizona, and Doctor of Audiology Degree at Central Michigan University. She developed a passion for implantable hearing solutions and those impacted by them in 1994 when she began working at the Johns Hopkins Medical Institute in Baltimore, MD. Since joining Cochlear in 2000, Ginger has served in a variety of roles, including clinical and surgical support, sales, professional training, clinical studies, market expansion, and professional education.

Jay Patterson
Senior Product Manager
Jay is a Senior Product Manager working with the Nucleus Cochlear Implant portfolio for Cochlear North America. Since joining Cochlear in 2008, Jay has held multiple positions in Product Management, Sales, and Operations in the U.S. and Europe. In his current position, Jay manages the Nucleus Nexa Implant and Nucleus Sound Processor portfolio in North America. During his time at Cochlear, Jay has provided support for CI and Acoustics implants, sound processors, and surgeries. Jay earned a B.A. in Economics from the College of Wooster in Wooster, OH.
