Randy Baldwin is the Vice President of Marketing for CareCredit, a Synchrony Solution. As a marketing and product management executive with over 25 years of experience, Randy currently oversees provider engagement with several specialized healthcare industries including hearing care, dental, optometry, ophthalmology, cosmetic, dermatology and med spa. He and his team are responsible for educating professionals on how to maximize the benefits of patient financing for both their patients and their practice.
As a Baby Boomer with over 30 years of marketing experience on both the client and agency sides of the business, Jeff has witnessed the dramatic changes of the aging population. In his experience of working for and with major brands including Pepsi, Gillette, Dannon, KitchenAid and Unilever, he understands why major brands and corporations are missing the boat on the over 55 crowd

Patty Greene, M.A.,F-AAAA, is Director of Provider Engagement for TruHearing. She’s been in the industry for almost 30 years, starting in private practice and then for the majority of her career, working for two hearing aid manufacturers in various positions of sales, training, and marketing. Patty joined TruHearing about five and a half years ago when she saw a shift happening in the industry with managed care and wanted to be part of that shift and lend a provider's perspective to her position at TruHearing. As Director of Provider Engagement for TruHearing, she’s responsible for all provider communications, including writing industry articles for journals, developing support collateral for providers, speaking nationally at conferences and provider meetings, and participating in podcasts and webinars.
Michele is CEO of Clear Digital Media. Clear Digital Media is a privately held company that designs & develops a video content distribution platform that streams high-quality, educational and custom video content to healthcare providers’ waiting rooms. Michele is responsible for leading the development and execution of both long and short term strategies and strategic partnerships. Michele recently launched an Austin-based start-up, Citadel Holdings which was recently named Start-up Pill’s Best Start-ups in Texas! Citadel is an OTT Video Content Management Platform built both from small business and enterprise level networks. From 2003 – today, Michele also serves as President of ClearSounds Communications a manufacturer of assistive listening technology serving both commercial and government organizations with amplification technology.
