Dr. Klop is a Senior Manager of the Clinical Education Team for Signia. She is responsible for the support and on-going training of the Signia Educational Specialists and for creating new and innovative training methods to enhance customer service. She is responsible for training customers and sales staff on the company’s current technology and products. She conducts training sessions in customers’ offices, remotely, via webinars, and at regional and national events. Areas of expertise include hearing assistive technology and the fitting of kids and teens. Prior to joining Signia (then Siemens Hearing Instruments) in 2012, she operated a private dispensing practice for 6 years. Other clinical experience includes hospital, ENT, and non-profit clinics. Lisa obtained her doctorate degree in Audiology from Central Michigan University in 2005.

Danielle is a Lead Educational Specialist at WSAudiology, where she specializes in delivering both in-person and virtual training on software and hearing technology to customers across diverse settings. With over seven years of clinical experience in ENT practices serving both pediatric and adult populations, Danielle brings a well-rounded and compassionate approach to audiologic care. She also spent two years at the St. Joseph Institute for the Deaf, where she provided focused audiology services for children aged 0–3, deepening her expertise in early intervention.
Danielle has developed a strong foundation in diagnostics, hearing aid technology, patient counseling, and individualized care planning. Her academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arkansas State University and a Doctorate in Audiology from Missouri State University. She is passionate about empowering others through education and advancing the quality of hearing healthcare.
