Hearing aids are primarily designed to amplify speech and can miss the mark when it comes to music, since music has different spectral and loudness characteristics than speech. This course examines how SmartMusic Pro, a new listening program offered in products on the Extend platform, improves the amplification of music compared to previously offered programs.
