We’re looking for someone who is comfortable in a retail, commission-based environment and eager to work in a high-energy setting where every interaction contributes to success. Our team follows strong processes and provides a supportive atmosphere that helps patients feel comfortable trusting you with their hearing needs.
If you’re motivated by excellent earning potential and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives, this could be the ideal role for you.
Our Team & Culture
The people you’ll work with do not settle for the ordinary—we constantly aim to innovate and improve. We understand that our attitude and actions directly shape patients’ experiences, helping them feel valued, understood, and confident in their care. We have a philosophy of "nobody walks without getting help."
Our Patient Care Coordinators (PCC's) complete a thorough interview process to ensure the right fit for our locations. They also receive ongoing support to help maximize appointment opportunities, giving you more chances to change lives through improved hearing.
Our leadership team is committed to hands-on coaching for all audiologists and hearing aid specialists. Guidance includes testing and fitting techniques, and strategies for addressing patient concerns. We use an aggressive, multi-layered marketing strategy that includes television, direct mail, newspaper, and online advertising. All marketing efforts are evaluated carefully to meet the needs of each individual market.
We prioritize positivity, teamwork, follow-through, personal development, and genuine care for the people we serve. We stay detail-oriented, communicate with purpose, and always aim to deliver service with passion, integrity, and excellence.
