In 2020, SHOEBOX collaborated on pilot studies in conjunction with Bruyère’s Geriatric Rehabilitation Center, the Bruyère Memory Clinic, and the Sam and Ida Ross Memory Clinic at Baycrest to determine the feasibility of implementing hearing screening as part of routine practice and to compare hearing related clinical practices before and after implementation.
