Better Hearing Center is seeking an Audiologist to join our established, multi-location private practice serving the San Francisco Bay Area. We have an immediate opening in our Walnut Creek location.

What You’ll Do
- Administer comprehensive diagnostic testing and interpret results
- Provide individualized hearing care recommendations
- Fit and program hearing technology using the latest advancements
- Counsel patients with care, clarity, and professionalism
- Perform follow-up care including adjustments, cleanings, and repairs
- Recommend assistive listening devices and accessories
- Build strong relationships with patients, physicians, and referral sources
Professional Qualifications
- Audiology degree from an accredited program
- Current California Dispensing Audiologist License in good standing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with hearing aid software and diagnostic equipment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a busy schedule
- A team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute beyond the basics
