Audiologist – Advanced Diagnostics & Vestibular Services
At HearingLife, we are committed to helping more people hear better every day. As an Audiologist in one of our high-performing, high-revenue clinics, you will play a critical role in providing advanced diagnostic and treatment services while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
This role goes beyond traditional hearing aid dispensing. You will utilize your clinical expertise in vestibular and diagnostic audiology, working with advanced technologies including Bone Anchored Hearing Systems (BAHS) and Cochlear Implant services, while supporting the continued growth and success of the clinic.
You will operate in accordance with industry best practices and state professional licensing standards, while also contributing to the financial performance and growth of the practice.
Salary: $85,000-$110,000 plus monthly unlimited commission
Full-time, in person.
This clinic is located within an ENT office.
- Provide comprehensive diagnostic audiologic evaluations, including advanced hearing and vestibular assessments.
- Perform and interpret a range of diagnostic and vestibular testing.
- Provide clinical care related to implantable hearing solutions, including:
Bone Anchored Hearing Systems (BAHS)
Cochlear Implant evaluations and support
Coordination of care with ENT physicians and surgical teams
- Deliver hearing aid dispensing services, including hearing evaluations, fittings, programming, counseling, and ongoing patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on hearing health, treatment options, and best practices for device use and care.
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and minor repairs on hearing aids, earmolds, and amplification devices.
- Interpret diagnostic results and communicate treatment recommendations clearly and compassionately to patients.
- Achieve practice growth and financial performance goals by maintaining a strong mindset around patient care, sales, and key clinic business metrics while adhering to ethical practice standards.
- Build relationships within the local medical and professional community, including physician outreach, health fairs, and community education initiatives.
- Support HearingLife’s Telehealth and Remote Care initiatives, expanding access to hearing healthcare and remote device management.
- Maintain continuing education and licensing requirements in accordance with state and professional guidelines.
- Operate audiometric and diagnostic equipment with accuracy and clinical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with your Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) and Regional Manager to support operational success and clinic financial KPIs.
