Colorado Ear Care (CEC) is expanding and looking for dynamic, patient-focused Audiologists to join our team. With multiple positions available at multiple locations, this role offers flexibility to match your interests and strengths—including advanced diagnostics, vestibular testing, hearing aids, or a combination of all three.

CEC has helped thousands of patients hear better using a wide range of hearing aid solutions. We are proud to deliver ethical, patient-centered care and are not owned by or obligated to any hearing aid manufacturers. We are in-network with the vast majority of insurance plans, including Medicare.
We have also helped thousands of patients feel better through our advanced diagnostic work. CEC offers a full range of advanced diagnostic testing including a comprehensive vestibular battery that utilizes rotary chair, VEMPs, ABR, and OAE. Our services are in high demand by our local medical communities.

ROLE OBJECTIVES – WHAT WE NEED
- Comprehensive Hearing and Vestibular Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' hearing and balance abilities using various diagnostic tests and equipment.
- Hearing Aid Selection and Fitting: Recommend appropriate hearing aid solutions based on patients' hearing loss, lifestyle, and preferences. Provide expert guidance on device selection and ensure proper fitting and adjustment for optimal performance.
- Counseling and Education: Offer personalized counseling and education to patients and their families on hearing loss, communication strategies, and the use and care of hearing aids and assistive devices.
- Follow-up Care: Provide ongoing support and follow-up care to monitor patients' progress with their hearing aids. Make any necessary adjustments to ensure continued satisfaction and improved hearing outcomes.
- Tinnitus Management: Assess and provide treatment options for patients experiencing tinnitus, including counseling, sound therapy, and other specialized interventions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including otolaryngologists, physical therapists and primary care physicians, to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for patients.
- Community Outreach: Participate in community outreach events, educational seminars, and workshops to raise awareness about hearing health and the services offered at Colorado Ear Care.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Compensation starting at $100k per year and up depending upon position taken and industry experience.

WORK HOURS
We’ve designed our schedule with shorter Fridays to support a healthy work-life balance for our team.
- Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
- Clinic Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, and Friday, 8:00am - 2:30pm, with 30-minute lunch breaks each day.
