Audiologist

Hearing Partners of South Florida, a premier private audiology practice in Palm Beach County, Florida, is looking for a full-time audiologist ready to elevate their career and make a real impact. We are seeking an energetic, charismatic, motivated team player that can work independently to help continue to grow a well-established practice. An Audiologist with a minimum 5 years of experience is preferred in a private practice setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-oriented individual. • Establish rapport with and gather history from patients, conduct audiometric testing, and make recommendations for hearing devices as well as tinnitus treatment options.
• Meet established hearing aid sales goals.
• Make ear impressions for ear molds, order instruments.
• Cerumen removal.
• Program hearing aids including Lyric.
• Fit Lyric
• Fit hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, questions, or problems.
• Real-Ear / Speech Mapping / Speech in Noise
• Counsel patients.
• Maintain documentation and patient files.
• Tinnitus evaluations and treatment
• Manage people.
• Strong organizational skills.
• The ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of patients.
• The ability to work independently but also in a team environment.
• The ability to always interact professionally with patients, physicians, vendors, team members, and management.
• Community outreach and physician marketing involvement
• Social media
• 5 years of hearing aid dispensing experience (able to provide sales numbers)
• 3 years of tinnitus experience preferred.
• Active Florida Audiologist license in good standing
• AuD - required
