We’re hiring a Hearing Instrument Specialist / Office Lead to take ownership of both patient care and clinic performance in our Meridian office.

What You’ll Do (Clinical)

• Conduct hearing evaluations and explain results clearly
• Recommend, fit, and program hearing aids
• Perform real ear measurements and follow best practices
• Provide follow-up care and build long-term patient relationships
• Educate patients on hearing solutions and technology

What You’ll Do (Leadership & Business)

• Help run day-to-day clinic operations
• Support and guide administrative staff
• Improve office efficiency and patient flow
• Partner with marketing and leadership to grow the practice
• Drive performance and meet monthly goals

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist (Idaho or willing to obtain)
• Strong experience with hearing aid dispensing
• Comfortable working independently in a busy clinic
• Sales-minded with a patient-first approach
• Organized, reliable, and motivated to grow
