The National Institute of Hearing & Speech of Iceland (Heyrnar- og talmeinastod) is seeking an experienced audiologist for a 12-24 month placement at our clinic in Reykjavik, Iceland.
We are the central official institute for audiology and speech pathology services of Iceland. In addition we manage adult patients with moderate and severe hearing disabilities, counseling, hearing aid fittings and services, BAHA and CI implant technologies, rehabilitation and support. Our audiologists also teach and mentor audiology students for clinical training at our clinic.
Main clinic is in Reykjavik but we also operate a small satellite office in Akureyri on the north coast. Occasional travel within Iceland may be required.
We are seeking 1-2 experienced audiologists who would like to try a vibrant and multi-faceted audiology workplace in a unique country, right between America and Europe. Required language: English.
