Practice Overview
Join a premier, rapidly expanding ENT and Audiology group in the Greater Boston area. Our practice offers a comprehensive range of services, including general ENT, otology, and high-level hearing aid dispensing. We are currently in a significant growth phase, increasing our physical capacity from 7 to 12 exam rooms and increasing from 2 to 4 state-of-the-art audiology booths to better serve our community.

We pride ourselves on a supportive, collaborative, and physician-led culture. As a key member of our clinical team, you will work directly with our Chief of ENT and other otolaryngologists to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnostics: Perform comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations for pediatric through geriatric populations.
- Rehabilitative Services: Assess candidacy for, select, and fit hearing aids.
- Collaborative Care: Work alongside otologists to manage complex ear pathologies and provide pre/post-operative audiometric support.
- Patient Counseling: Provide education and counseling to patients and families regarding hearing loss management and realistic expectations.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited institution.
- Current Massachusetts Audiology License (or eligibility).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) from ASHA or ABA certification.
Compensation Range:
- $85 000 - $135 000+
- Final compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a competitive benefits package.
