$80,000–$90,000 base salary + commission opportunity

Coastal Ear, Nose & Throat (CENT), a physician-led ENT practice, is hiring an Audiologist to support our Neptune (Monmouth County) or Manahawkin (Ocean County) location. Primary site assignment based on candidate preference, with occasional cross-coverage as needed. Both locations offer the rare opportunity to work near some of New Jersey’s most desirable beaches, vibrant communities, and year-round coastal recreation.

Schedule
- 8 or 10-hour shifts
- Rotating Saturdays (weekday off when Saturday is worked)

What You’ll Do
- Pediatric and adult diagnostic evaluations (6 months+)
- Hearing aid services for pediatric and adult patients
- Ongoing ENT collaboration and care coordination
- BAHA experience is a plus
What You Bring
- Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.)
- Active NJ Audiology license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Patient-first mindset and enthusiasm for true teamwork
