Who we’re looking for:
- NYS licensed audiologist/dispenser
- motivated, ambitious, independent, problem-solving individual with a passion for educating and helping others
- like-minded individual who is interested in potentially carrying on the legacy that we have built from the ground up
- someone with reliable transportation who is willing to split their time between our two offices
Responsibilities:
You will apply your clinical expertise and education to diagnose and manage hearing loss, while ensuring a positive patient experience. You will offer exceptional care, education and counseling to achieve maximum patient satisfaction. Duties include (but are not limited to):
- perform comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations (Audiologist only)
- make appropriate recommendations to protect hearing and/or manage hearing loss
- dispense hearing aids including selection, fitting, educating and training hearing aid users
- troubleshoot hearing aid issues, perform repairs and routing clean and checks, as well as make programming adjustments as needed
- stay current with emerging technology, techniques and best practices by attending occasional conventions and trainings
- achieve annual continuing education requirements
