This leading hearing care organization is opening a brand-new practice in Statesville, NC and is seeking an experienced Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist to serve as the primary clinical provider. This role offers full independence, strong corporate support, and the rare opportunity to shape a new practice from the ground up.
About the Practice
This new practice is owned by an experienced healthcare operations professional who has spent more than 20 years managing and scaling niche medical organizations. The provider will receive marketing, training, and operational support from the corporate team, while still enjoying the autonomy of a small, private-practice environment.
Position Summary
This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who excels in both patient care and ethical sales. You will be the primary provider responsible for all diagnostics, hearing aid fittings, and patient education. The practice has strong growth potential, and the right provider will have significant influence on its long-term direction and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct adult hearing evaluations
- Recommend and dispense hearing aid technology
- Manage patient schedules and follow-up care independently
- Drive revenue through treatment discussions and technology upgrades
- Collaborate with the owner and corporate team on marketing and growth strategies
- Establish the clinical standards and culture for the new office
