We’re growing and adding a full-time Audiologist to our established, multi-provider ENT practice in the Tidewater area of Coastal Virginia. This is a busy, patient-centered environment with a strong audiology presence, built-in patient flow, and a collaborative team that values your expertise.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations
• Fit, dispense, and manage hearing aids using best practices
• Guide patients through their hearing care journey with empathy and expertise
• Deliver follow-up care that supports long-term success and outcomes
• Work with patients of all ages
• Document care in ModMed EMR
• Collaborate daily with ENT providers and your audiology team

What We’re Looking For

• Au.D. or Master’s Degree in Audiology
• Virginia licensure (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient care
• Someone who enjoys variety and a fast-paced environment
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Our multi-location ENT practice serves the Tidewater region of Virginia and includes a collaborative team of physicians, audiologists, assistants, and technicians.
