5. Are the two new accessories (TV-Streamer+ & Mult-Mic+) backward and forward-compatible with all ReSound Hearing aids? No. The new accessories are only compatible with NEXIA. Yes. All ReSound accessories are backwards and forwards compatible. Only the hearing aids made in 2017 are compatible with the new 2024 accessories. ReSound does not make accessories.
