Starkey Hearing Technologies received the Operational Excellence Leadership Award, as well as the High Achiever Award, for "Improving the Customer Experience by Mapping Their Journey" project at the 15thAnnual Manufacturing Leadership Awards Gala in Huntington Beach, California.
The Manufacturing Leadership Awards are designed to honor manufacturing companies and individual manufacturing leaders that are molding the future of manufacturing, world-wide. The project won the High Achiever award, receiving the highest score from the Manufacturing Leadership Awards Judges within the category.
