Question

How Can I Make Patient Care and Office Workflows Most Efficient?

Answer

With the changing climate in hearing and balance healthcare, providers are constantly trying to find more efficient and effective ways to optimize patient care and workflow processes.  Integration enhances patient care, and technology plays a vital role in today’s audio-vestibular healthcare model.  These changes lead to advancements in research and technology in addition to improvements in the patient care delivery model. We discussed the benefits of software integration in detail in a previous interview.

AURICAL is the complete binaural fitting and verification system by Otometrics. Because it is integrated with OTOsuite, it streamlines the entire evaluation process seamlessly into the fitting process while ensuring a time efficient process. It bridges the gap between diagnostics and rehabilitation.

OTOsuite integration also allows you to easily add modules (i.e. QuickSIN, Pediatric Module, LIPread, etc) and new, integrated equipment (i.e. OAE, Tymp, etc) as your clinic’s needs change.  Integrated, PC-based equipment can also give us an easy transition to a paperless, patient chart model. Integrated fitting with AURICAL® Aud, FreeFit PMM, HIT and OTOcam provide all the tools you need to streamline your workflow – so you can spend more time where it counts.
