CaptionCall IP CTS home phone and mobile phone application service and technology is available to all persons with hearing loss and who have difficulty communicating on the telephone. This course will help the Hearing Healthcare Professional describe the functionality and new features of the CaptionCall Phone, the CaptionCall Mobile App and the requirements for CaptionCall Services.

- After this course, participants will be able to explain how CaptionCall IP CTS home phone and mobile application functions for the hard-of-hearing.
- After this course, participants will be able to list the requirements, eligibility, and modes for referring patients to CaptionCall services.
- After this course, participants will be able to describe the beginnings of IP CTS by the ADA and the regulation of it by the FCC.
