Honestly, the course was good solely because I agree with most of what the presenter is saying. I do not believe in high pressure sales. Good customer service and experience are the key factors in generating referrals etc.

I literally wish I had a private practice to model after this one. In 23 years of CEUs and f/t practice in a variety of settings, I have never taken a 'business/practice model' course that literally impacted me in a positive light. I don't ever write reviews. EVER. I've never felt motivated to do so based on the content or effort put forth into the course. This is a course worth viewing. Even if you aren't in private practice, the emphasis placed on the patient's experience is beneficial alone.
