Participants will learn about parents' and professionals' needs, challenges and successes on this journey and be introduced to a new online tool, My Turn to Talk, designed to help parents better navigate their child's journey.

Course Presenter
Ena Nielsen, PhD
Learning Specialist and Project Manager, Ida Institute
Ena Nielsen works as a Learning Specialist and Project Manager at the Ida Institute in Denmark. She collaborates with the Institute's global network of hearing care professional to develop and disseminate clinical tools and methodologies that foster patient-centered practices in audiology. Prior to joining the Ida Institute, Ena Nielsen managed learning activities and professional development projects at Deloitte. She has also worked in educational publishing in the UK. Ena holds a Master of Arts in German and English from the University of Copenhagen and a Ph.D. in German literature from the University of Oxford.
