Question

Sometimes when patients pull the tabs off the back of the hearing aid battery, it's sticky and hard to remove. Is this normal?

Answer

The cell should not be sticky. If they are, you want to make sure to wipe the stickiness off. If this is recurring, please let us know. We've designed the tabs to pull off cleanly. Any residue could gum up your hearing aid, and that's not a good thing.
