For consideration, you only need to submit the application form itself (Form 1) at this time; the ABA will work with you to later obtain your employment history, transcript, state license and test scores. However, your application form (Form 1) must be postmarked or faxed no later than December 31, 2006.

The American Board of Audiology (ABA) Certification Program identifies and recognizes audiologists whose knowledge base and ethical practices are consistent with professionally established standards and who continue to enhance their professional knowledge through continuing education. Board Certification formalizes and elevates professional status for audiologists with consumers, third party payers, managed care organizations and regulatory agencies. Benefits accrue to both the audiologist and the consumer through recognition of committment to excellence through lifelong learning.

This voluntary certification program is available to all audiologists regardless of membership in any professional organization.

Don't let this opportunity pass you by! Questions or concerns? Please contact the ABA at aba@audiology.org or call us toll-free at 1-800-881-5410.
