As of May 2007, Ear Works Inc. offers its software on a subscription basis. You can now either buy it outright or pay monthly. Here's the introductory subscription pricing for a limited time:
- There is a minimum 2 year contract and if you go out during these 2 years they still have to pay the remainder.
- The fee is fixed for the duration of the contract. This way if you want to have today's price for the next 5 years, they'll have to sign a 5 year contract.
- For contracts over 2 years, the penalty for leaving the contract early after the first two years is only 50% of the fee for the remaining time. So if you have a 5 year contract and decide to leave the contract 2 years earlier, the penalty is only 50% of the applicable fee for these 2 years.
- Ear Works Inc reserves the right to change the monthly fee according to the market fluctuations.
