Too many broad statements and seems outdated. Many Gen-X are parents to Gen-Z, not Millenials. The article and quiz really focused on the tired topic of baby boomers versus Millenials. Gen X, also known as the "forgotten generation" - not really as post-boomers, is barely addressed. When looking at the workforce, one may argue that the combination of Gen X and Millennials working together is the largest in the workforce. The article really didn't give much insight regarding this pairing.

As a Gen X I work with a lot of millenials. It is good to be reminded of generational differences and one is not better than the other. We should not fall back to sterotyoes.

explanation of different generations although I did not necessarily agree with EVERYTHING that was described for the millennial generation. I think it would be interesting to have an article written on the same topic from someone who is of the millennial generation. I also wish the idea that millennials work at a faster more, efficient pace, compared to gen-x or baby boomers would have been emphasized.

The points brought up in this presentation are so valuable in encouraging people to be open minded about people of different ages rather than just judging them based on predetermined ideas. Just because we don't all work or think the same way doesn't mean that only one approach is correct. I do work with some younger people, and this presentation made me think about how I perceive some of their actions.
