Are you an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist who loves helping people hear better and you want to do it in an environment that fosters deep relationships and exceptional outcomes? Our clinic is growing! We are approaching 10 years of helping Charlotte hear better and we are hitting a growth curve that requires an additional provider with full time or part time flexibility.
Founded in 2015 by Madison Levine, Levine Hearing is a clinic that puts the patients' experience and outcome above all else. It is why we have 400+ five star reviews and have won Charlotte's Best of the Best for multiple years. If you can appreciate the core values of Kindness First, Do the Right Thing, Help Each Other, Can Do Attitude, and Pride and Excellence in Our Work, then you might be the right fit for our growing clinic.
As an independent clinic on a strong growth trajectory, each teammember's professional goals are identified and nurtured. Opportunities to take on responsibility to grow your career and your income are provided and encouraged.
At Levine Hearing, we fit and support all brands of hearing aids, we conduct tinnitus treatment, and vestibular diagnostics, including evoked potentials and rotary chair among others. This is a hearing service role, but if you have vestibular interest, you could see up to 2-4 vestibular patients per week by choice.
We offer two different provider tracks, a standard Audiology position providing hearing aid support for our patient base or a sales track. We offer a strong base salary of $100,000 for either. This pay is not sales dependent but is focused on excellent patient care. Additional incentives of 20-40k based on productivity are achievable if you are sales oriented and choose to get on that track. Moving expenses are negotiable. Candidates with student loan debt may enjoy our additional loan repayment program.
Current hours of operation are M-F 8-4. We offer health insurance coverage after 60 days and a 401k 4% match after 1 year of employment, 3 weeks PTO, generous paid holidays including Black Friday.
