CLINICAL ASSISTANT PROFESSOR, AUDIOLOGY
Full-time, LIMITED-term appointment for a 12-month position available immediately at the University of Oklahoma Health Campus (OUHC) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Applicants must possess, or be eligible for, audiology licensure in Oklahoma.
- Applicants must hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) and have completed at least one year of successful work experience after earning the CCC-A.
- In addition, applicants must have completed at least two (2) hours of professional development in clinical instruction/supervision. Applicants should possess excellent communication, team building, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with pediatric diagnostics and treatment, proficiency with the major hearing aid manufacturers, and previous supervision experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Clinical supervision of student interns in the Doctor of Audiology program
- Continuous direct patient care within the John W. Keys Speech and Hearing Center
- Instruction of didactic coursework to undergraduate and professional students
- Participation in the academic missions of the department, college, and university.

The Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD) is part of the College of Allied Health on the campus of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHC) in Oklahoma City, OK. The College of Allied Health is one of seven colleges on the OUHC campus. The CSD Department offers the only AuD program in the state. We also offer an M.A. degree program in SLP and an undergraduate degree program in CSD. The CSD Department includes the John W.
