PADUA, Italy - June 1, 2023 – Inventis is pleased to announce that Maestro software has achieved IMC (Inter Module Communication) compliance with various hearing aid software, enabling the execution of automatic Real-Ear Measurement (REM) testing across numerous hearing aid brands.
IMC also known as AutoREM, facilitates direct communication between the hearing aid fitting software and the Real-Ear Measurement (REM) software through Noah, a widely used hearing care software. This direct communication is crucial for hearing care professionals to automatically acquire in-situ measurements and accurately fit hearing aids to a prescribed target. With IMC, the hearing aid fitting software independently controls communication with the REM device and directly retrieves measured data from the REM software.
Maestro software, which controls the Inventis REM system Trumpet, is officially IMC compliant with the following hearing aids software:
- Starkey Inspire v. 2023.0.10016.0
- Oticon Genie 2 v. 2023.1
- Sonic EXPRESSfit Pro v. 2023.1
- Philips HearSuite v. 2023.1
- Bernafon Oasis NXT v. 2023.1
